Position: End User Support Specialist

This position is full time and you will be working with our clients in a professional manner. Strong troubleshooting skills are a requirement. The successful candidate will have impeccable integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and great aptitude for technology.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Presentable and Professional
- Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 knowledge
- Microsoft certifications
- Virus management and remediation experience.
- Automated deployment platforms for updates and installation
- Various desktop and portable hardware and software familiarity
- Mobile management
- Have own vehicle
- Enjoys working and communicating with clients and peers
